General
How does it work:
Designers submit creative designs for bi-weekly contests, Crowd Members vote, winning designs are printed on shirts and hoodies and are available to purchase in our Store.
Winning designs are printed in limited quantities – if you like it buy it. It may not be available later.
Crowd Members who submit winning designs are paid for the design and also receive a per item royalty payment.
You can earn free merchandise, submit a photo of yourself wearing one of our shirts. If we use your shirt on our home page, we’ll give you a free shirt!
Contests:
General contests are held bi-weekly in two general categories: Teen/Young Adult and Religious.
Special contests may be held from time to time. A special contest may be open to all members to submit designs and vote. Other special contests may be restricted to a school or organization for design submission and voting. Restricted contests will require a password which will be provided by the sponsoring organization or school.
Shopping
How do I place my order online?
- Browse the online store until you find the item(s) you wish to purchase.
- Select the size you’d like and click on it to add to your cart.
- You will be able to increase the quantity of a shirt in your shopping cart.
- You can click the “Continue Shopping” link to add more items to your cart or click the “Check Out” link if you are finished.
- When you are finished shopping and check out, you will complete 4 steps: Review Your Order, Enter Your Billing and Shipping Information, and Confirm Your Order. You will receive an order confirmation email. When your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification email.
Is the site secure?
MyShirtCrowd protects any personal information and does not store credit card information. Your information will not be disclosed to any third party.
MyShirtCrowd uses a secure server and all firewall and encryption techniques are up to date.
Can I track my order status?
If you choose next day, 2nd day or overnight delivery, you will receive a tracking number that can be used to track your order.
How can I pay for my order?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover card. Only debit cards backed by a Credit Card company listed above can be accepted. Our website features an SSL secure connection during the transaction keeping your information secure and private.
What shipping options do you offer?
Standard shipping is via USPS. If you would like to receive your product sooner you may select UPS next day or 2nd day for an additional fee. You will be asked to select your shipping option during the check out process.
How much will shipping cost me?
Costs vary based on the location we are shipping the product to, the weight of the items in your order and the ship method chosen. To determine the cost of shipping, simply add the items you wish to order to your cart, proceed to step 2 and fill out your shipping address, then proceed to step 3 to see your shipping costs. In step 3 you can also see how much it will cost you to ship with other ship methods than the one selected.

Washing instructions
Machine wash cold. Wash dark colors separately. Use non-chlorine bleach only if needed. Tumble dry low. Do not iron decoration. Do not dry clean if decorated. The tee’s are primarily 50/50 cotton blend shirts and may shrink slightly.
Returns
What is your policy on returns ?
We want you to be completely happy with your MyShirtCrowd purchase. If you’re not happy with your purchase, please return the item for an exchange, refund, or credit within 30 days. All returns must be in the original condition.
We do NOT accept returns that have been washed or worn.
Please fill out the return form on the bottom of the invoice that was shipped with your purchase. Indicate what you are returning and why. Please let us know if you would like in return whether it be an exchange or refund.
Submitting Designs and Photos
How do I submit a design and what do I win?
Anyone who is a member of MyShirtCrowd’s community can submit a design. Go to the Design Studio and click “submit a design or slogan”. From here you will be able to read all of the instructions and download templates. When you are done designing, you can return to this page and use the form to submit your design. Make sure you review the detailed submission guidelines.
If you followed all of the rules and requirements, your design will be posted on the site to be voted on by the MyShirtCrowd community. It will stay posted for approximately 14 days and then the results will be tabulated. If it is among the top scoring designs, it may be chosen to be printed.
If your design is chosen, you will receive a $200 cash prize, $1.00 per shirt sold by MyShirtCrowd using your winning design and a shirt with your design. You will also be mentioned on the website?
How do I score submissions?
To score submissions you need to join the MyShirtCrowd community. Designs can be scored on the Vote page, or from designers' profiles. either the home page or from within the Design Studio. You may score each shirt once by using the common grading scale of A, B, C, D or F.
How are the winning submissions chosen?
We look at the top designs twice a month and pick out a few designs that we want to print based off of the design scores and comments. Ultimately the decision of which shirts get printed is left up to us. The scoring system gives us an idea of what our community is looking for.

What is your Privacy Policy?
We respect your privacy. We collect only the information necessary for us to complete your order or to contact you regarding the status of your order. The information we collect includes your name, email, address, shipping address and billing address. We do not store your credit card information.
We do not rent or sell your name.
We do utilize “cookies’ to help recognize you as a repeat visitor and to track traffic patterns on our site. This information is completely anonymous. We use this information to improve the user-friendliness and functionality of our web site.
